Don't let salt water corrode and ruin the cooling ways in your outboard engine. Simply attach one end of this adapter to the "wash" fitting on your outboards leg and the other end to your garden hose, turn on the tap, start the engine and flush all harmful salt water / sand etc from the cooling system. Can also be used to run your engine whilst out of the water for tune-ups etc.
