Offset Driveshaft for Better Balance

By shifting the outboard’s centre of gravity forward, the offset driveshaft design reduces vibration and improves performance. It also allows for a more compact engine layout - making the DF90A easier to install and balance on a wide range of boats.

Low-Maintenance Timing Chain

The self-adjusting timing chain runs in a sealed oil bath, eliminating the need for manual lubrication. With a hydraulic tensioner to keep everything perfectly aligned, the DF90 is engineered for worry-free operation.
