SealSkin Flexible Repair Sealant for RIB, Inflatable Boat or Dinghy Collar Tube by RIBstore
SealSkin is a flexible water-based, flexible, acrylic sealant applied within the inflatable boat collar tube.
Great for repairing older inflatable boats, dinghy tubes or RIB collars that are suffering from porosity and minor leaks.
SealSkin is introduced into the deflated inflatable boat tube through the boat valve, the tube is re-inflated. The tube is then tumbled to circulate the sealant which adheres and cures to form an impermeable membrane. If you have a RIB or can't tumble your inflatable, you can still use this product - the following methods can distribute the liquid: bounce the tube about; lower and raise the trailer jockey wheel; take the boat for a trailer ride (or pop the SIB in a van etc).
Also suitable for painting on the inside of inflatable boat seams during manufacture.
Suitable for repair of all makes of inflatables boats and dinghies both Hypalon or PVC boat fabric, including Avon inflatable, Zodiac, Bombards, Valiant and Quicksilver.
