• What is the gross capacity and load capacity? The trailer has a gross capacity of 3000kgs (trailer weight plus load combined). The maximum load capacity is 2350kgs (the maximum weight the trailer can support, i.e., the weight of the boat and all equipment).
• What is the maximum boat length it can accommodate? It is designed for boats up to 6.2m (approximately 20ft 4in) in length when measured from the bow eye to the transom.
• What type of rollers does it use? The trailer is fitted with a total of 48 non-marking wobble rollers with a nylon centre to allow rolling under load. The forged roller brackets are designed to ensure the rollers always angle inwards for proper hull support.
• Does it have a hub flush kit? Yes, it includes a hub flush kit as a standard feature, which aids in flushing the hubs with fresh water after use, particularly in saltwater, to resist corrosion. 
• How should I load my boat onto the trailer? Ensure the inside wobble rollers are as close to the keel as possible, with the outside rollers positioned on the far outside of a strake, ensuring every roller touches the hull. The bow eye should reach the winch post, which is fully adjustable to attain proper support.
• How often should I service the wheel bearings? The trailer is fitted with AL-KO axles and oversized sealed unitized bearings for extended life and reduced maintenance. While sealed units can last several years, it is still recommended to check them at least once a year or before any long trip.
• How do I prevent rust and corrosion? The chassis is fully hot-dip galvanised to meet EN ISO 1461 standards, offering high resistance to corrosion. If towing on salted roads or in saltwater, you must thoroughly wash the chassis with fresh water immediately after use. You can also apply a lanolin-based product like Prolan to vulnerable parts like the winch gear and U-bolt threads for extra protection.
