What makes the "Super Roller" different from the standard Roller model?

The "Super Roller" is the premium version of the EXT 750. While the standard model uses fewer rollers, the Super Roller features 24 non-marking nylon wobble rollers. This higher density of rollers spreads the weight of your boat more evenly, offering superior hull support and making launching and recovery significantly smoother—especially if you are launching solo.

Is this trailer road-legal in the UK?

Absolutely. All our Extreme trailers are fully type-approved and come with a Certificate of Conformity. We also include a light board on extendable bars as standard, so once you’ve attached your number plate, you are ready for the road.

Can I use this trailer in saltwater?

Yes, it is built for it. The frame is hot-dipped galvanised to British standards (BS EN ISO 1461) to provide maximum protection against corrosion. Additionally, the trailer is fitted with waterproof sealed bearings, which are designed to keep saltwater out and grease in, significantly extending the life of your axle.

Will I need to adjust the trailer to fit my hull?

One of the best things about the Extreme range is that almost everything is adjustable. The winch post, the keel rollers, and the height of the roller banks can all be moved to create a bespoke fit for your specific hull shape. When you collect from Morgan Marine, we can often assist with these initial adjustments to ensure your boat sits perfectly.

What size are the wheels, and are they suitable for motorway driving?

The EXT 750 Super Roller comes with 10" wheels as standard. These are high-quality, high-speed tyres that are perfectly suited for motorway towing and long-distance journeys across the UK.

Does the trailer come with a winch and jockey wheel?

Yes, we supply it as a complete, ready-to-use package. It includes a heavy-duty 1000lb manual winch with strap and a 42mm jockey wheel with a cast clamp for sturdy manoeuvring when the trailer is unhitched.

Can I choose the colour of the rollers?

Yes! We know many of our customers like to match their trailer to their boat's livery. The non-marking wobble rollers are available in several colours, including Blue, Black, Grey, and Red. Please select your preference when ordering or give us a call to see what we have in stock.

How do I collect my trailer from Morgan Marine?

You can choose 'Click & Collect' at checkout for pick-up from our Brightlingsea yard. Alternatively, we offer fast UK delivery. Because we’ve been a trusted marine supplier since 1972, you can rest assured that your trailer will be PDI’d (Pre-Delivery Inspected) and ready for action.
