- Engine Type: 4-stroke, inline 2-cylinder, SOHC (Single Overhead Camshaft).

- Performance: Prop shaft output of 9.9 HP (7.3 kW) at 5,500 rpm, with a full throttle operating range of 5,000 to 6,000 rpm.
- Fuel System: Carburettor fuel induction system and a wet sump lubrication system.
- Starting/Control: Available with manual (MH) or electric (E) start options, operated via a tiller handle with an ergonomic shift lever, or remote control options.
